The patch is a naturally derived medical-grade polymer blend.
Directions
- Peel off the protective liner from the cuts in the middle.
- Try not to touch the sticky back of the patch as it may reduce how effectively it sticks to your skin.
- Place the patch uniformly over the area you want the cooling effect.
- You can apply your patch wherever makes you feel comfortable.
- It can take 20-30mins before you start feeling the cooling sensation.
- After using, peel the patch off slowly and throw in the bin.

Great pain relief
I use these during the first few days of my period when I feel pain and they work great. They’re effective and discreet - I like to use them especially if I start my period at work as I can discreetly apply them in the toilet and they help me get through the day. I have also lent some to my friend before and they help her too :) definitely recommend!

Amazing for endo pain
These patches are a godsend. Very few things help with my endo but these take the edge off and let me get on with my day when I’d normally be stuck in bed

Je souffre d'endometriose, jai donc des regles extrement douleureuses. . et les quelques jours qui precedent jai des grosses crampes bien difficiles a tolerer et a gerer. . Mais ma vie a change depuis que je mets ces patchs!! Elles sont enfin devenus tolerables!! Je peux bouger de nouveau et continuer a vivre pendant cette periode!! La premiere fois que je m'en suis servie, l'effet etait assez deconcertant: ca pique un peu, puis fait un effet tres froid sur toute la zone du patch, cest pas douloureux mais desagreable lors de la premiere utisation. Mais cest tres tres efficace!! L'inflammation est clairement reduite car je peux bouger sans problemes et sans anti douleurs!! Petit conseil: ne le mettez pas juste avant de sortir pour ne pas etre surpris par la sensation du patch qui fait effet, et mettez le avant d'avoir mal, des les premieres sensations des regles qui arrivent, histoire que les ingredients fassent effet avant d'avoir mal/de l'inflammation à l'interieure de notre corps. Seul hic: ca sent fort. Mais cest tellement efficace que je m'en fiche!! Il fait desormais partie de mes indispensables!! Je recommande a 300%!!
