The best highlighters ever!!
This is the second Polar Vortex highlighter I have - I got the first for my birthday and fell in love with it so I bought another and I plan to get more. I loved the Get Wet highlighters and these were as good if not better. The texture and payoff are exceptional, they don’t show up texture and they feel so bougie - I’ve paid triple for highlighters that haven’t performed half as good as these. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
