Use at night, though at the day time of you are using a good sunscreen (carbon theory 50spf) it doesn't matter. YOUR SKIN WILL PURGE!! So it's not causing you a breakout during the first 2-3 weeks, so don't panic. Your skin will clear up beautifully, if the breakouts continue beyond the 3-4 weeks - STOP, it's too harsh for your skin.
TIP: Don't splash/pat on like other toners, use a cotton pad.

Very strong, a little goes a long way. I would not advise using this after exfoliating. I have noticed a difference since using it but absolutely would not use daily (not that you’d need to)
