Directions
- Apply UltraCalming Cleanser to dry or damp face and neck, and over closed eyes with circular motions.
- Rinse thoroughly or tissue off.
- Spritz Ultracalming Mist all over face and neck, with eyes closed.
- Finish by applying a liberal amount of Calm Water gel over face and neck.

Difficult packaging on the cleanser
First time I used it, my sensitive, dry skin reacted. Gave it another go and the cleanser is great, very gentle on the eyes as well. My skin isn't as happy with the toner and moisturiser. The moisturiser is very light - does leave the skin soft but doesn't provide that "drink" required for dry skin. Overall only giving it 3 stars as the packaging for the cleanser is atrocious. Really difficult to squeeze the bottle to get minimal product out. In fact my fiancé had to fix it for me initially before it would work at all. The toner comes out in a stream rather than a spritz, but maybe I've a dodgy batch?! Glad I tried the items and they're perfect size for trial or travel, however, they're not for me.

I suffer from redness and Rosacea flare ups and struggle to find products that don’t irritate my sensitive skin. This kit has been great, smells lovely and really kind to my skin . Will be purchasing full size when it runs out

The gel is very nice but a pain to get open and the cleanser is good but feel like it needs a bit of oomph
