J'avais acheté ce liner pour remplacer celui de chez MUA qui n'est plus produit. Et bien le MUA était beaucoup mieux puisque en plus d'avoir une mine crémeuse il était réellement waterproof. Et il coûtait 1,50€.... Celui de ELF est beau a l'application puis 1h après il transfert sur la paupière et sur le cerne....

Best I've had so far!
My waterline NEVER held any kind of eyeliner, so I thought I'd give this a try considering the price. I'm so glad I did! Forgot to take it off one night and it hadn't budged at all. Honestly couldn't recommend it enough!
