I have not yet tried these products as they are Christmas gifts. I wanted to review and thank beauty bay staff for their diligence on replying to emails regarding lost item. They reply swiftly, compassionately and extremely professionally. My dilemma was quickly and effectively dealt with.

I'm awful at doing my brows and stuck to pomades because I find them easiest and this is the first brow pencil i've properly used. The product slides off onto your brows so it's super easy to use I found. I have sparse blonde brows and doing them darkly makes me look scary, so this helps give me a natural brow whilst darkening them
