- Use a manicure stick or mini file to clean your nails. You can also use alcohol cotton to wipe down your nails to remove any dust or oils.
- Choose the correct size adhesive tab for each finger.
- Peel the adhesive tab from the backing sheet and place the sticky side over your nail. Make sure the rounded edge is closest to your cuticle. Press down firmly to secure the nail.
- To remove the nail tabs, you can soak your nails for about 5 minutes. Once the glue is loose, you can use a wooden stick to gently remove them from the cuticle side.

So good
The first time I tried these they stayed strong for 7 days. Super comfortable, and don’t create the angular pressure on my natural nails that glue usually does with falsies.
My hack to use every single smaller size!
There are a few tabs that don't fit me because they're too small so I cut them in 1/2 while they were still on the factory plastic and I placed each half onto each side of my nail. This results in the middle of my nail not having any sticker on it, but as long as the sides do the nail won't lift! Using tabs have lasted me 3 days, perfect for just the weekend!

This is so convenient when i am working as a nurse in the hospital and can’t have long nails but still want to look cute when im off from work! So easy to remoce and put on and they stay on!
Last 3+ days
I tried the tape for the first time because I cannot have long nails for work and wanted to wear the nails for a weekend for my friend’s wedding. They lasted 3 days and might have lasted more if I didn’t try to remove them myself! I used the same warm water, soap and oil mixture that I use for the glue and it took some time, but they came off. Definitely using the tape again for the next wedding!

These tabs work SO GOOD! I saw one of Glamnetic's tips about using the nail tabs with the glue, and it was a game changer 100%!!! They've helped to keep my nails on better - and longer - than with just the glue alone. It takes an extra few minutes in your applying routine but it's absolutely worth it. I've had my nails on for 11 days so far and they're holding strong.

Game Changer!
I started getting into press ons this spring and immediately developed a sensitivity to nail glue. These tabs are so user friendly and don’t seem to be causing any irritation after a couple of weeks of frequent/continuous use. The “3 day” guideline is a good way to manage expectations but I can get them to last longer if I’m careful about how & when I apply.

Quick and Easy
If you only need nails to last for an event or special occasion, these are a staple. The application process is seamless and the adhesive is strong enough to last for a few days. The removal process was very easy. If you want nails to last longer, go with the glue.
