POW WOW!
This. . glooooows. It's got a wide doe foot applicator. It's very smooth on. It does leave a bit of a syrupy feel, it's not dry at all. You definitely have product to spare after a second roll over the lips. It's a strong, unapologetic neon green sheen. No smell. I give it 8/10!
