Very Impressed
Highly pigmented and lightweight. I bought this to use as an eyeshadow base and it works so well. It applies slightly tacky and dries down matte.
Impressive
I wear a lot of black eyeshadow, so i decided to try this as a base. Im very impressed! Its suoer pigmented and is a very sticky layer when wet, but dried down matte. A little goes a long way too.
