Directions
- For best results, apply to dry hair.
- Load the brush with powder and using your free hand holding the hair flat, apply firmly into the roots. Apply more powder if required.
- To extend highlights, use the wider side of the applicator and brush downwards from the scalp on smoothed down hair.
