Didn’t receive item
I’m sure this product is great. Beauty bay however we’re extremely disappointing. They didn’t send the item out after 4 weeks. When contacting customer services I was replied to once out of roughly 4/5 messages sent to beauty bay. The only reply I got was asking for order details, once provided and after chasing up these I got nothing back until a refund (with no apology or explanation for the terrible customer service)
Great all rounder
Absolutley love this palette the pigments are fabulous and the shimmer and glitters are simply stunning. Treated myself after watching drag queens makeup videos through lockdown. Please to discover could get Kim Chi Chicbeauty in UK. Just need Beauty Bay to stock Trixie Cosmetics!
