Lovely eyeliner. Stays on well quick and fast delivery too

Easy to blend but not very pigmented. Would recommend using it as a lip liner like I've decided to.

The formula of this pencil is quite dry and doesn’t warm up on the back of the hand very well. Tugs when applied to the lash line and very little pigment when applied to the waterline.
