Directions
- Apply lip colour onto the lips using the applicator.
- Once the lip colour has dried, press lips together multiple times to reveal the glitter particles.

its a beautiful colour but the formula doesnt really work. i put it on and about 1 hour later i had to re apply it. i have tried better formulas i think Jeffrey star is better personally
