Directions

Fit your chosen head, then hold the gun against the muscle and power it on, starting at the lowest speed and building up as needed. Glide slowly over each muscle group for up to a couple of minutes at a time. Avoid bones, joints, and any injured, inflamed, or bruised areas. It powers off automatically after 15 minutes. Do not use if you are pregnant, or if you have a pacemaker, thrombosis, or any medical condition affected by vibration, without speaking to a clinician first. Keep away from children.
