My favourite eyeliner
This is my favourite eyeliner! I have hooded eyes and my eyeliner ALWAYS smudges and transfers onto my eyelid, but this one doesn’t! The fine tip is great for a sharp point, my only con is that it does dry out easily. Whenever I wear this eyeliner people always ask which eyeliner I’m using, it’s definitely a staple in my makeup kit
