More like a cream pigment than blush - cute though
The colour is fun and cute with great pay-off, but I found when I layered it on top of another cream blush it just removed some of that blush. When it fully dries down, I did see some fine cracking and powderiness. It kinda feels more like a cream pigment than a cream blush.
