The Philip Kingsley Flaky/Itchy Scalp Soothing Dry Shampoo is a calming formula that works to absorb excess oil and sebum from the roots, whilst also cooling and soothing and itchy scalp. The lightweight formula refreshes the hair and scalp between washes, whilst also targeting the root cause of dandruff. Formulated with aloe vera and menthyl lactate to soothe irritation, bisabolol to calm and reduce flaking, and zinc PCA to help reduce scalp bacteria.
