Each single use sachet holds Revival Shots' rapid rehydration formula: a 2:1 blend of electrolytes from sodium and potassium, dextrose to help your body take fluids on board quickly, and five essential vitamins. Vitamin C, B3, B5 and B12 all contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, so you are topping up more than just water.

Tear one open after training, mid flight, on a big day, or the morning after a late one. Mix with cold water, drink, carry on. Vegan, caffeine free and made in the UK.

Directions

Tear open one sachet and pour into 500ml of cold water. Mix or shake until fully dissolved, then drink straight away.
