Ci 77007 (Ultramarine Blue).
Directions
- Apply a base such as concealer or cosmetic glue to the skin.
- Place the pigment on top.
- Blend with a mixing liquid to create eyeliner, matte lipstick and more.
- Mix with a clear gloss for a multidimensional finish.
- To remove, use a cleansing or oil.

Absolutely stunning neon pigment
I’ve struggled with neons in the past but Sample Beauty’s are amongst the best around. Minimal mess when working with them, and I’ve never experienced that annoying patchy issue that I’ve had with some other brands!

PIGMENTOS SUELTOS SAMPLE BEAUTY
Son muy buenos pigmentos y recomiendo su uso con un mixer para fijarlos como el de inglot,mac,corazona,kiko...hay en muchas firmas,lo unico que si he podido apreciar porque tengo bastantes es que unos han venido con mucha mas cantidad que otros algunos pesaban prácticamente la mitad cosa que no entendi pero bueno por el precio al que estaban los recomiendo mucho porque son preciosos,aparte de la buena calidad.

je dois bien avouer que je m’attendais à + de pigmentation. peut être que je l’ai mal utiliser. de plus ce n’est pas une couleur facile à travailler. ATTENTION le pot est très très petit
Not bad, but it's no makeup a murder
Good consistency, tons of fallout, and no where near enough payoff for being a direct pigment. Used best as an eyeliner, mixed with water or pigment mixer, not as an eyeshadow. Honestly pretty disappointed.
