Relaxing, soothing - straps could be better.
Mask itself is very comfortable. I personally use it to cool down and when I have a headache - I definitely find it helps. 1 star deducted because the straps could be improved to help it stay in place - if they criss-crossed I think it would have better support. But fine if you're lying down.
