Directions
- Take two bears per day.

I’ve been using these for years even before you could buy them in the UK. For me, I definitely see a difference in hair growth when taking them.

Great for thickening hair, not so great for skin
These were recommended to me by my hairdresser and they absolutely do work to thicken hair and taste really good! The only reason I’d not recommend these and why I’m reviewing is just to warn other people that they made my skin breakout a lot. I didn’t think it was anything to do with them at first but after some research there’s more than just me who has gotten breakouts after taking these! Just a little warning to do research before taking these x

Tasted great but I didn't notice any huge results (have been taking them for 5months now). I have thin and brittle hair that falls out often, I noticed that I had a bit less hair fallout but density hadn't changed much. (not bleached, no heat treatments). HOWEVER my nails did get stronger!

Produit miracle, c’est la 2eme fois que je prends ce traitement mais cette fois ci de 6 mois (il y a un an j’avais pris pour 3 mois de traitement). Je tiens à préciser que je suis de nature à avoir des cheveux qui ne poussent presque pas.
Excellent produit
Excellent produit pour les cheveux. Je l’ai prise pour un mois en Août dernier et ça avait fait déjà son effet. Agis aussi contre la perte de cheveux et agis efficacement pour la pousse des cheveux.
