Product Reviews
I had a great experience using Beauty Bay. Delivery was swift, product is exactly what I need. My old T3 stopped working and I was looking for the same brand, but smaller dryer. It works great, it's light but very powerful. I definitely will purchase more items in the future.

Just a few days after the two-year warranty elapsed, the hair dryer now only blows out cold air. I'm very disappointed in my purchase. The high price is not reflected in the quality at all.

This dryer is not the lightweight dryer it purports to be. Despite being lighter than my Dyson it was still too heavy for me. I opened the unsealed box to discover this, only to then discover I was unable to return it. Despite not using it. Poor customer service from BB. No seals were broken etc.
