Definitely needs getting used to since it doesn't lather and feels like oil, but you can tell that it cleans your face.

Nettoie parfaitement la peau même maquillée, sans irriter ; le baume est extrêmement agréable à utiliser et doux, sans odeur particulière. C'est un produit que je rachète très souvent avec celui de Beauty Bay qui est très bien aussi. Il n'assèche pas du tout la peau bien au contraire.
