Directions
- Brush brow hairs upward using the long-bristled side of the wand.
- Backcomb brow hairs using the short-bristled side of the wand.
- Wiggle wand back and forth to deposit colour onto skin.
- Forward comb brow hairs to style and lock into place.
- Use the wand tip to fill in sparse areas.
- Build volume and tint as desired.
