Liquid all clumped together and very hard to get off, minimal glitter/streaky on swatch/eyelid and can barely notice. Also removes make up underneath

I’m obsessed with these glitter toppers, so obsessed I went back and bought all the shades! I like applying them with a fluffy brush to blend into matte shadows.
