Directions
- Gently apply Brow Primer pencil over filled-in or clean brows.
- For a subtle, defined look, use it after applying brow powder or brow pencil.
- Brow Primer also makes a great invisible lip liner when used prior to applying lip stains.
- Turn your eye shadow into liner by lining the lash line with Brow Primer and using an angled brush to line the eyes.
- Minimise the appearance of fine lines and crow's feet by applying Brow Primer to outer corners of the eye.

As a devotee of the Dip Brow, i thought i would try the perfect brow pencil. As a pencil, it does the job, glides on smoothly and gives me a little bit more control over what im doing. A little bit pricey for a pencil, but then it is ABH
