- Open the lid, add a small amount of water to the lid, dip your brush into the water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!

Looks like fun
The eyeliner I ordered fell out of a damaged shipment box during transit, so I did not receive it. Beauty Bay did give me a refund. I just reordered it, so hopefully it arrives in tact.
