Directions
- Open the lid, add a small amount of water to the lid, dip your brush into the water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!

SO BRIGHT!
SO SO bright, need every other colour now, exceeded my expectations. Does flake slightly after a long day, but using setting spray to apply prevents that.
