Directions
- Follow the internal leaflet for Josh's expert tips on how to section hair, mix your colour and apply for the cleanest application, best coverage and glossy result.
- We recommend you choose a shade close to your natural colour, as seen in your root regrowth.
- This permanent colour is not designed for dramatic colour transformations.
- When selecting your shade, please note this permanent colour does not contain bleach and will not lighten hair.
Your expert colour:
- This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16.
- This product contains ingredients that may cause skin irritation and an Allergy Alert Test should be carried out 48 hours before each use.
- This product must not be used for dyeing the beard, moustache, eyelashes or eyebrows. To do so may cause blindness.
- Avoid any unnecessary skin contact, including ears, face and contact with eyes. Wear the gloves provided.
- Rinse eyes immediately if product comes into contact with them. Do not inhale or ingest.
- Remove all hair accessories and styling tools, plus any metal objects including earrings or facial piercings.
- Do not use if you have henna or a progressive hair colourant in your hair, or for two weeks after undergoing a hair relaxer, perm or straightening process.
- Do not mix with any other products other than those specified in the instructions.
- Rinse hair well after application.
- If any adverse reaction occurs, stop using the product immediately and seek medical assistance. Contains phenylenediamines (toluenediamines).
Colour activator:
- Contains hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with eyes.
- Rinse immediately if product comes into contact with them.
- Wear suitable gloves. Keep away from sources of heat, sparks and naked flames.
Stain removing wipe:
- Flammable.
- Apply only where skin is stained, rubbing gently.
- Rinse well.
- Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water if product comes into contact with them.

This did turn out darker than I was expecting (I have mousey brown hair naturally, so that's likely my fault) but it was very easy to use and doesn't have that horrible ammonia smell.
The deep conditioning mask is really nice too and rinses out easily.

The color definitely took to my hair with the the 30 minute application; however, I did notice some of it falling out when washing. This shedding was more noticeable when using this product as opposed to my previous product. The conditioning treatment was very nice, and moisturized my hair. Overall, this is a decent hair coloring system.

I usually use the usual dye brands you can buy in the shops, but thought I’d give this a go. I was so impressed!
The colour is great, lasting well and has covered all greys.
There was very little smell to the dye and really easy to apply. Great quality gloves provided.
It also comes with dye removal wipes that work like a dream! I can be a little messy with my hair dye getting the odd stain on my forearm or my ears. The wipe removed it easily. Such a great addition.
Felt like a luxury project. They all say salon quality but this is genuinely a cut above the rest. Would not buy another brand after trying this.

I love this dye! Colour is lush and resulted in a relatively dark and cool brown. Smells INCREDIBLE as well :) I’ll be repurchasing this when the time comes

Application simple et rapide. Odeur peu prononcée. La couleur est exactement celle que je souhaitais, bien que la couvrance des cheveux blancs/gris ne soit pas à 100%. Sur moi ils restent plus clairs et cuivrés (pas brun foncé).
N'abime et ne désseche pas les cheveux.
Je rachèterais sans hésiter.

This was the BEST and I mean BEST hair dye I've used and I've used them all! The glove quality alone was top teir! They supply the barrier cream and AND a stain removed wipe so that you don't have that crazy line where you've applied dark dye! Or like me... got it all over your ears! Honestly I will forever use this brand! I was so impressed! I have just below the shoulder length hair, natural red head but was a very well grown out dyed honey blonde, my hair is thick so I normally need 2 boxes to do my full head, with these I only used one box and a half. Love love love this and will be recommending to anyone who will listen.

This was a great product with lots of added features. Achieved the look I wanted for a fraction of the price of the hairdresser who couldn’t. Hair was soft and manageable afterwards.

This was my first time using Josh Wood colour and I was really impressed. My hair was so soft and shiny. The little extras are so handy too. This is the first time I didn’t have dye around my hair line. Will definitely buy again!
