- Light the sage stick, then extinguish the flame & allow the sage to smoulder.
- Lay the sage stick into the smudge bowl, then hold the gemstones over the smoke using your left hand.
- Inhale deeply several times, while repeating the affirmation, “My space is cleansed, protected & free from negativity”, in your mind at least 10 times.
- Place the gemstones around the room, while fanning the smoke around you & your environment for a minimum of five minutes.
- When completed, stump out the sage stick & place it back in its packaging ready for its next use.
