More of a setting powder
This highlighter didn't have any pigment pay-off. It's probably better for a Luminous setting powder.
Amazing
High shine pigment!
Flat & dull
Not a highlight for someone who wants something good. This thing is so boring, no payoff. Hardly has a sheen, to which sheen is what makes something a highlighter in the first place.
