Disappointing
I've used this eyeliner for a few months now. I previously used the Fenty Beauty eyeliner. I loved the brush tip but I hated how quickly it dried up, making it impossible to use, so I got the Stila Stay All Day in the hopes it would perform similarly but without drying up. Instead all it does is smudge constantly on the lid and other parts of the eye. Despite being marketed as a waterproof eyeliner, when I do a wing it constantly smudges by the part near the waterline. I don't think my eyes are even particularly watery as this has never happened before with any liquid eyeliner.
Won't be buying again.
Rubs off with water, and I have to re-apply it throughout the day if my eyes water, which shouldn't happen because it's 'waterproof'.
Easy to use and great staying power
I rub my eyes a lot and this won't stand up to a lot of rubbing, but it goes on slickly and stays put if you can avoid touching it again. Great control with the pen and good on older, slightly more wrinkly skin too.

Will stay on ALL DAY! My eyes will run if exposed to too much sun and this is the only eyeliner that will stay on. I love love LOVE this!!!!!!
Not the best one
The texture is good, but its not really pigmented. I need to go 2-3 times above to get the full color. But its building up quite good. Also, its bleeding slightly.
